A Coach is a professional who helps people set and achieve goals. They do not provide any type of mental health, substance use, or therapeutic services. A Counselor is a licensed professional that provides therapeutic services related to mental health, substance use and other situations which may affect mood or behavior.

How often are sessions?

Frequency of sessions depends on a number of factors such as goals, timeline and budget.

Does certification matter?

Certification for Coaches is not required in any state at the present time, however, those who attain certification show a greater level of commitment to their profession and are equipped with certain skillsets that others are not.

Yes! Both longtime and new clients take advantage of this service, especially when their schedules are more unpredictable than normal. On Demand Coaching is designed for more acute assistance and/or follow-up between scheduled sessions.
