Hi, I’m Tarai!

My name is pronounced Ta-ray, and I am a Certified Professional Coach, and Consultant located in the United States with clients worldwide.

Tarai Alexander, LLC is my Coaching and Consulting firm. With over two decades of experience, I am dedicated to providing solutions and services that assist businesses, organizations, and executives with workplace culture enhancement services. When building out the brand, it was important that I combined:

  • The education of my degree in Human Resources Management

  • My executive and mid-level management experience from working in the corporate, government, healthcare and nonprofit sectors along with

  • Soft skills gained through lived experiences.

As a result, I provide: executive, and management coaching, operational analysis and strategic planning, change implementation, employee relations, talent management coaching, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, teambuilding, and professional development. I also offer customized think tanks, play dates, wellness retreats, and events.
